MAJOR ROJECTS ACHIEVEED:

  • Advised and assisted the State Planning Commission, Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Railways of the State Council of China to negotiate and finalized the first, second and third railway project agreements with the World Bank, totaling US$ 700 million from 1982 to 1987.
  • Advised and assisted Schroders Merchant Bank Group plc. of UK to set up its offices in China and to get a number of deals of IPO of H Shares of China’s railways and highways projects in Hong Kong and a number of joint venture projects, and helped promote Schroders in China.
