My research is directed to the study of environmental chemistry, with a special focus on agricultural chemicals, its intereactivity with colloids, their environmental behavior in the transport, deposition, speciation, and bioavailability. Hence, they play a major role in determining the health and fertility of an ecosystem. They have also been directly and indirectly linked to human health.
My reaearch also goes to the synthesis of biodegradable water treatment chemicals such as PESA, PASP, Poly aluminium chloride, poly ferric sulfate and their application in water treatment. This knowledge is of fundamental importance for the environmental chemistry and water technology in process and material design.
