and analyse the information

IRRI
World Rice Statistics

World rice statistics (WRS), which is published periodically
by IRRI, presents comprehensive time series information

and other related information are compiled from international

and from responses to questionnaires sent by IRRI's
Social Sciences Division.

web, providing differing views of the central database.

Database

A framework of 8 goals, 18 targets and 48 indicators
to measure progress towards the Millennium Development
goals was adopted by a consensus of experts from the
United Nations Secretariat and IMF, OECD and the World
Bank. ( Road Map towards the Implementation of the United
Nations Millennium Declaration. Each indicator is linked
to millennium data series as well as to background series
related to the target in question.
