Summary
The phasing of the SEF II project is set by the Implementation
Plan. The following diagram shows the progress of the workflow
and the three main phases of the project. It is updated continously.
Major Activities
The project has three phases which are inception phase, implementation
phase, and dissemination phase. There are three main activities
in the project implementation phase, i.e. (I) prototype development,
(II) national level activity, and (III) sub-regional level activity.
The major activities are:
- Development of EPA core indicators and guidelines for
EPA system and designing of database and information systems
for EPA indicators.
- Working with national focal points and coordinators
to develop national EPA systems and to carry out the assessment
as well as case studies at local levels.
- Working with collaborative partners and GMS countries
to develop sub-regional EPA system and to carry out the
assessment.
- Carrying out capacity building and institutional strengthening
program for EPA at national and sub-regional levels.
