This Directory of Coastal and Marine Environment Institutions and Experts of the South China Sea is the first output of the inventory. Two sets of questionnaires, one for institutions and another for experts, were distributed to key national agencies such as the Ministry of Environment of Cambodia, National Protection Agency of the People's Republic of China and National Environment Agency of Vietnam.

This Directory of Coastal and Marine Environment Institutions and Experts of the South China Sea does not aim to be fully comprehensive. It is expected that some of the data contained here will quickly change and hence, the need to continuously update the information when and where necessary.
