The North East Asia
Youth Environment Network (NEAYEN) was already established in January
2005 and had its first Steering Committee meeting in India. The Steering
Committee has nine members consisting of four national focal points (NFP),
four national advisor and one Secretariat staff. In the Steering Committee
meeting in India, the Rules and Operational matters of NEAYEN were finalised.
