The number of seats for the Leadership Programme is limited to 20-25 participants. These will be distributed on a sub-regional basis. Applications will be reviewed by a Committee comprising IESD faculty, members of the Regional University Consortium, and UNEP officials. Your statement of purpose should explain your qualifications, leadership experiences, and achievements relevant to sustainable development. This should be one side of A4. 3. Résumé/Curriculum Vitae Please provide recent resume

Letter of recommendation Letter of reference should be from either an academic or professional referee who can detail your strengths and experience in relation to Asia-Pacific Leadership Programme on Environment for Sustainable Development. It is preferred that the letter be on professional letterhead with an autograph of the referee. PLEASE NOTE All documents must be in English or accompanied by certified translations. Electronic/scanned copies of documents are sufficient for the application. Please try to merge all files into one when submitting. All documents become the property of Leadership Programme and cannot be returned. Application Methods: 1. All of your application documents, even including a letter of recommendation, can be submitted online. This leadership programme utilizes an online application system that helps expedite the receipt of information. PLEASE NOTE Please carefully read the instructions that appear throughout the application pages. You can only submit your application one time. This leadership programme can accept supplemental materials of any kind via e-mail. It can also be mailed/faxed sent to the UNEP/ROAP office.
